If you want to get maximum value from this forum, you should not simply ask for comments on your perceived solution, you should state your problem clearly and then the community may be able to advise on valid solutions. I would be surprised if your problem has not already been met by other users and that solutions have already been found, but the community cannot give you the existing solutions unless you define the problem.

Why do you need these additional fields? What is the business process?

We need some additional field in SAP, Can we use the language field with adding more Z values and Description. Where is this value stored? Is it one field and multiple values or multiple fields in a table.
