One possibility is define your own UOM, say COBGram (COB for Can+Olives+Brine), define it as an alternative UOM in material master, with a relationship 290 COBGram = 180 gm (net olives weight).

There is no third weight in the material master. You have two choices: either lose the concept of "nett" weight being just olives and brine (the brine is packaging just as much as the can is - you seem to want two different gross weights, since olives alone would be net weight), or customize the material master to include a third weight field. If you go the customized route, you would need to also customize or modify any other area that needs to reflect all three weights.
