[sap-log-mm] How to print a stock report if unrestricted stock is greater than zero?

Hi,

I have a user request where he needs a report for a plant and storage location only when unrestricted stock is greater than zero. I can use MB52 but it prints all types of stock. Please let me know if there is some kind of report in SAP.
