[sap-log-mm] First customer return receipt not creating storage view in material master

Hi,

I am trying to receive customer returns (movement type:651) for plant and storage location. I do not material master view for this particular material, plant and storage location. But I have configured to automatically create storage location view in material master at the time first goods receipt, but still it gives error "for material XYZ, no material master data exists in plant:ABCC, storage location:1234". I am not sure why it gives this error, though I have configuration to create it for first receipt.
