Hi,
I guess the best approach you should use is to get the list of fields which are required for an external software application and list them in your reply. We will respond to you if they are defaulted from PR or vendor master etc...

When I create a PO from a PR (TX ME21N), this inherited a lot of fields. How do I know which? May I insert a logic in this process, otherwise, all fields are always copied?
