In order to allow the modification of this item in Production, you will need open the object V_T001L by using t-code SOBT. In here you will need to have a Developers Key and the Object Key from SAP. The Developers Key is assigned to the respective individual that can make change to programs (ABAPers). The Object Key is obtained from SAP by registering the change to a standard SAP-Delivered object with OSS. Once you enter these two keys, in the Header Data Details screen, check-off the check box for the Current Settings. Transport this change to production. You will not be able to test this change until it gets to production.
