This is possible through field selection.check the filed selection you have assigned to the release indicator of the PR. Make the fields as display which you want to come in grey.

Is it possible that when the service entry release then at that time system will make the fields grays for the qty and value so no one can change it. If user want to change the qty and value then he has to first unrelease the PR then system allow to change the PR.Please guide if possible.
