Yeah, you are right. I checked in our sandbox system, and the release strategy is not being reset. May be you can raise this with SAP Support.

I have set Chgable filed "6".
And I have set all the indicator "6".
But when changing the target value and price, release strategy still not triggered for MM contract.
BTW: I have review BOR BUS2014, but I cannot find the BADI.
