When you create PO

You have to give Material detail, Plant Details, Storage Location, Delivery
Date, and
Vendor Account these are the main and etc...

When I create a PO from a PR (TX ME21N), this inherited a lot of fields. How do I know which? May I insert a logic in this process, otherwise, all fields are always copied?
