Thanks for your respond, but if you have 10 equipments with more than 10 serial numbers, say 25 serial numbers that were duplicated in the system, the MI21 will print 25 serial numbers. How does one prohibit TC MI21 to stop printing 25 serial numbers and only print the 10 available?

In your MI31, MIE1, MIK1 click on the According to Stock button and experiment. Possibly checking Materials and Batches Subj. to PhysInv will take care of it.
