I wouuld suggest you to use contract for your annual procurement plan and release order for your partial requirement.

Hi Expert,
I have a requirement to set up annual procurement plans for my client such that we consolidate annual requirements into PR and then monitor the progress. However the delivery dates are staggered quarterly so that we can monitor departmental requirements in different stages of procurement stages. Does SAP have a tool we can use to meet that requirement and generate periodical reports?
