If you modify the PO Change BADI you should be able to update this field.

Hi, friends
I come to a request that pass contents of ICSO "Your Reference" (VBKD-IHREZ) field to the Trade PO "Our Reference" (MEPOCOMM – UNSEZ) field. This change will have to be added in the ICSO to Trade PO Creation Program which is binding with me59. However, I am unable to find out this enhancement. Any expert can give me suggestions?
