Hi,

SAP supports multi-currencies ( 218 of them as of now ). One of them is
adopted by your company code as local currency (LC). Any document amount
mentioned and valuated in your company code currency is called amount in
local currency. All other currencies are foreign currencies to your company
code.

In SAP, you will find three type of currencies.

a. Local Currency
b. Transaction Currency
c. Group Currency

a. Local Currency(LC): Document amount meintioned and valuated in your
company code currency is called the Local Currency.

b. Transaction Currency(TC): while raising the invoice which normally use
one currency is called the Transcation Currency.

c. Group Currency (GC): Group Currency is the currency and this type of
currency will use at company code level for reporting currency.
