Hello Amer,
1) Please check inward movements (like movement type 101). Movement types GI (like 261 etc.) will not change Moving Average Price (unless in exceptional cases).
2) Please check invoices, since they can also alter prices.
3) Lastly, please re-check Purchase Orders. The Order UOM and price UOM both. I would suspect UOM to be the most likely cause.
If you have already zeroed in, please share with us.
