The VSR (Vendor Sub Range) is more for Purchasing master data at the Vendor Master level. For example, if a vendor supplies electric appliances (e.g. bulbs) and also consumer appliances (e.g. washing machines), both may have different purchasing data. To elaborate: a) Different contact persons from the vendor side for each product range b) Different terms of payment. c) Different Inco terms This functionality would be met by VSR. in the PO, by specifying VSR, different purchasing data would default. Purchasing Info record can also refer to VSR. What you require would probably be met using partner functionality. Regards, Deepak ----- Forwarded Message ----- From: Deepak K.
