Bob - as I understand it the HTC is an acronym for Harmonized Tariff Code which is what is used in this field

8421.39.8015

Is for the category below

8421.39.80 Other . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Free 35%
Dust collection and air purification
equipment:
05 For machine tools of headings 8456

So yes this would be an example of an HTC code for a product.

"Comm./imp. Code no." field is the one we use for this - yes.

Sorry - I was looking for some specific reference to "HTC".

If I understand correctly you are indicating we should place the HTC in the "Comm./imp. Code no." field.

An example of the data I have looks like "8421.39.8015"
