[sap-log-mm] EKPO.ELIKZ: when the user set it to 'X'?

EKPO.ELIKZ is a purchase order flag indicating (when 'X') that last position supplier delivery is the final one (i.e. the position is closed). I'd like to know when the user set this flag to 'X'. Is there a date somewhere? Is this update traced in the change log?
