RE:[sap-log-mm] Query writer table joins

We had a similar requirement - our query is set up as follows;

EKKO-EBELN - EKPO-EBELN
then, all with left outer join, to force a record return even if there is not content:
EKPO-EBELN - RSEG-EBELN
EKPO-EBELP - RSEG-EBELP
EKPO-MATNR - RSEG-MATNR
EKPO-WERKS - RSEG-WERKS

If you were to put the RSEG table first you would only return records that have an RSEG entry. The method above returns all records that have an EKKO/EKPO record, even if there is no matching RSEG entry.

We then also connect table EKBN (requisition account assignment) by
EKPO-BANFN - EKBN-BANFN
EKPO-BNFPO - EKBN-BNFPO
both with left outer join.

For our requirement we did not need to use table RBKP. Our exact requirement may be a little different from yours but I hope that the above is useful.

Subject: Query writer table joins

Hi -

I am new to querywriter and an wanting to contract a report to compare the date of a PO to the posting date of an invoice posted against it. I saw this requirement referenced in an earlier thread and tables EKKO EKPO RBKP RSEG were mentioned as source tables but I am struggling to identify the fields that I need to link to generate the report.

Can anyone help ?

Thanks in anticipation
