Hi

Thank you very much for the information below., much appreciated and I have built the report now. I decided that I wanted to include the requisition number and date so I added table EBAN and linked the EBELN field in EKKO to the EBAN table but I am now getting multiple entries for each PO. Do you have any idea why ?

RSEG must be the basis (first table entered) that's probably why you are struggling.
I dont think PO positions EKPO table useful, you would risk some duplicates.

Do the following links:

RSEG-BELNR=RBKP-BELNR
RSEG-GJAHR=RBKP-GJAHR
RSEG-EBELN=EKKO-EBELN

Then you can compare for example RBKP-BLDAT to EKKO-AEDAT. I use that query also.
