Hi,

If the info record is maintained without any plant specific, then SAP will treat it as cross-plant info record i.e. it will be taken into account for all plants.

Cheers,
HT

Subject: Info record with no plant delete

I have several info records that are deleted at the Purch org data level but they don't have any plant associated with it. The master data did this in hopes to clean all the info records with not plant associated with it and it was expected that when a new PO was created it will create an info record with a plant associated with it. That didn't happened , when the user tries to create the PO, the warning "info record is flagged for deletion" appears and has to manually input the price and extra data that was in the info record.

Is it possible to delete the PIR with no plant associated with it? Because to my knowledge that will be like deleted at the purchasing organization level.

I have check the info update indicator but I'm not sure how will affect.

Please advice.

Regards
