You can use OMJJ transaction. Not using EHP5, but it should at least give you some instructions, maybe via an OSS note and also the implementation of the EHP in SAP.

We have established EHP5 in our system.
I want to use special stock T. I read that need to do some configurations in system for documents types, delivery types, shedule lines....
I made this configurations, but movement types, described in SAP HELP for Valuated Stock in Transit are out in system.

How I can add these movement types?
