Don't think SAP can do this, suppose you could develop a program that does this for you. Though it would make the sales side a little more complicated.

Is it possible in SAP to create a master Batch number for a production run and generate sub lots for defined volumes or periods. Specifically, if I would like to produce a product for 8 consecutive shifts, can I generate or assign sub lots per shift or for a lot size?
